Rural Health Opportunities Program (RHOP)

The Rural Health Opportunities Program (RHOP) is a dynamic partnership between Wayne State College and the University of Nebraska Medical Center designed to recruit students from rural areas and train them in medical fields who will return and practice in rural Nebraska communities. In order to be eligible, you must be: a new freshman, a Nebraska resident, and the city in your address must not be one of the following: Omaha, Lincoln, Ralston, Boys Town, Elkhorn, Bellevue, Papillion, Chalco, LaVista or Offutt Air Force Base. Applications for the RHOP are due on December 1st by 11:59pm. Applications and/or supplemental materials received after will NOT be considered.

Full tuition, renewable for length of your program at WSC.
