Applicant must be a returning student. Applicant must be enrolled full time. Applicant must be a history or political science major. Applicant who shows a broad range of intellectual curiosity in his/her major, along with issues outside that major such as environment social and economics equality or international relations and US foreign policy or American culture and values.
