Awarded to one senior from each high school in the communities with a Carhart Lumber Co store —Bloomfield, Burwell, Elkhorn Valley-Tilden, Hartington Public, Hartington Cedar Catholic, Norfolk Public, Norfolk Catholic, Lutheran High Northeast – Norfolk, Neligh, North Platte HS, North Platte St. Patrick’s, O’Neill St. Mary’s, O’Neill High, Pierce and Wayne.
