Applicant must be a returning student. Applicant must be enrolled full time. Applicant must be a US Citizen. Applicant must be an industrial tech major. Applicant must be from NE SD, or ND. Applicant must have a 2.5 GPA or higher. Applicant must have completed at least 60 credit hours.
