Ruby Nelson & the Fredrickson Sisters Endowed Scholarship

The recipient(S) must be a student attending Wayne State College and:
a. First preference shall go to a student in the education program who is entering their semester of student teaching and have a GPA of 3.5 or greater as well as be a graduate from a high school in Northeast Nebraska.
b. Second preference shall go to a student in the education program who is entering their semester of student teaching and has a GPA of 3.5 or greater.
