Must be a full time student attending Wayne State College and a major in Math Education, any Secondary Education field, or any Health Care field and from one or more of the following towns- Seward, NE, Osmond, NE, Mead, NE, Red Cloud, NE, O’Neill, NE, Battle Creek, NE. Incoming freshmen recipient(s) must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
